    Description:

    Applications of Thermocouple Insulator:

    Alumina is the best-known advanced ceramic material, is widely used in automotive, petro-chemical, fluid control,material transfer, Industry,electrical and electronic, semiconductor.Sapphire is single-crystal alumina.

    Alumina ceramic is the most mature of the engineering ceramics, offering excellent electrical insulation properties together with high hardness and good wear resistance but relatively low strength and fracture toughness.

     

    Steatite is made of mineral talc (3Mgo 4Sio2 H2O) as the main raw material, adding appropriate amounts of clay, BaTi03 and other ingredients, and mixing and grinding, molding and high temperature sintering. Used for insulating parts
